The Embodied Heart is a deeply held journey into the art of authentic feeling—an invitation to soften, to listen, and to meet yourself with unguarded presence.

Week by week, this space gently guides you deeper, inviting you to turn toward the parts of yourself you may have once resisted or concealed.

Here, you are not asked to fix or change, but to experience yourself fully—to stand in the truth of your being and welcome the wholeness that has always been yours.

What You’ll Experience in The Embodied Heart

The Embodied Heart offers an invitation to rediscover your true self—one that is more honest, more intimate, and deeply connected to the present moment. This is a space where you can soften into your lived experience, feel more deeply, and expand your ability to be vulnerable with yourself. It’s a field of safety and support, created to help you meet your feelings with compassion and uncover what’s been hidden beneath the surface.

Whether this work is new to you or you’ve already begun your journey of self-discovery, The Embodied Heart calls you into a more grounded, authentic, and alive way of being. It asks you to step fully into your body, to reconnect with what’s real, and to embrace the fullness of your humanity.

The process can be profound and confronting. It gently reveals where you may have been avoiding, suppressing, or disconnecting from your truth. It may show you the places where you’ve been less than honest with yourself or where you’ve been hiding in fear.

In this space, there is no part of you that is unwelcome. Every emotion, every experience, every aspect of who you are is met with acceptance and love. The Embodied Heart is about learning to trust and embrace yourself fully, to soften the barriers that keep you separate from your deepest truth, and to meet yourself with the transformational power of Love.

This work holds the potential to profoundly shift your relationship with yourself, offering you a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and connection that ripples into every area of your life.

More often than not, what we call feeling is actually a loop of memories, interpretations, and narratives—pulling us away from the direct experience of the moment.

This way of relating to yourself strains the nervous system, keeping you caught in cycles of exhaustion and leaving you right where you began.

You want to change but you keep making choices that don't serve you. You’ve tried to will yourself in a different direction but you keep resorting back to the same patterns.

Because you’re human and you're wired to go for what you already know.

You will choose known misery over unknown happiness.

The Buddhists call this suffering. I call it struggle, confusion, uncertainty, reaction, addiction.

You keep recreating what you already know because you're actually terrified of change, of the unknown. Even though you “think” you want something different, because of the way your nervous system is conditioned, you will choose known misery over unknown happiness.

Feeling allows you to start to admit to yourself that you're scared. Feeling is how you get to the root of these patterns.

Details

The Embodied Heart is an intimate group of 12 people. The group calls go for 2 hours. This is facilitated through group practices, Bela working with people 1:1 with group witnessing, and break out room practices. Think, one part somatic heart experience and one part radical loving presence.

You will have access to Bela on WhatsApp during the 8 weeks and an intimate group chat to cultivate deeper inquiry and connection.

  • The Embodied Heart is the next step in your emotional evolution if you have tried various other modalities and feel like nothing ever really changes for you. That you experience the high of “figuring it out” or something new, but really you’re getting lost in an endless web of personal shadow work. It’s for you if you feel like you spend more time managing your reaction to the perceived threat of feeling rather than actually reaching the core.

  • You may have noticed that this is something I am very discerning about: that there is a huge difference between emotion and feeling.

    Emotion is a reaction to feeling shaped by your ego’s interaction with your felt experiences. These reactions are linked to your beliefs and identity construct.

    Authentic feeling is the act of embracing the present moment within your body, as your visceral felt experience arrises. This is separate from any mental interpretations or assigned meanings.

  • The Embodied Heart is an immersion that is made up of practices. The sessions aren’t a space of structured dialogue or huge discussion. Rather they are a space for intimate feeling practice and embodiment.

  • To get the most out of the Embodied Heart you will attend LIVE but if for whatever reason you are unable to attend, a recording of the call is delivered to each participant.

  • Don’t worry, not only will you have a felt understanding of these words, but I will provide you a index to make sure that nobody is left confused!

  • The easiest way to know is if you are in your head. What this means is you are trying to “figure out” who you are and using your known patterns, ideas, and experiences. When you are not truly feeling, you are moving through life habitually, following patterns and addictions rather than being yourself.

  • My main role is to support you to be yourself.
    What you can expect is a very intimate space that is held in love and safety. A space that welcomes all of you.
    Structurally, what that looks like is supporting you to drop out of your head and into your feeling experience and heart. This is facilitated through group practices, me working with people 1:1 with group witnessing, and break out room practices. There is space to share and discuss, but the majority of our time is dedicated to being honest with ourselves and feeling.
